Payment Terms
Reservation of accommodation is subject to payment of a deposit of 50% of the total price of the ordered services (by voucher or bank transfer). If the deposit is not paid by the specified date, the reservation is automatically cancelled. The guesthouse operator is entitled to offer accommodation to another interested party.

Cancellation Terms

In case of cancellation of the stay, we follow the rules stated on this page. Nevertheless, we try to accommodate guests as much as possible and deal with each cancellation individually. If it is at all possible and the guest informs us of the cancellation of the stay in time, we try to fill the canceled stay with other guests. We will then compensate for the canceled stay by offering an alternative date. In the event that the canceled capacity is additionally occupied by the provider's customer, the cancellation fees will be adequately reduced, canceled or their amount will be resolved by agreement.

If the guest cancels the booked stay, a cancellation fee (in the amount of at least 200 CZK) will be deducted from the paid deposit as follows:

  • 60 - 30 days before arrival: 10% of the accommodation price (CZK 500 min)
  • 29 - 14 days before the start of the stay: 20% of the accommodation price (CZK 500 min)
  • Less than 14 days before arrival: 50% of the accommodation price.

Surcharge for accommodation
The additional payment for the ordered services (accommodation, meals, or other services) is due on the day of arrival (payment in cash or by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro payment cards). In case of premature termination of the stay, there is no right to refund the financial amount.

Cancellation - change due to force majeure
The accommodation provider reserves the right to cancel ordered services in case of necessity / force majeure.

Entry conditions
The stay starts with check-in between 14:00 and 18:00. Guests check in at the reception. It is proved by OP or another travel document (reports the details of all persons) and pays the surcharge for the stay.

End of stay
We ask guests to vacate the room on the day of departure no later than 10:00 a.m. If the room is not subsequently occupied by other guests, it is possible to arrange a later departure after consultation with the reception. Another option is to store your luggage until the afternoon in a designated area. An extra night will be charged if the room is not vacated within the given time.

Premature termination of stay

We do not refund money for early termination of stay.

Out-of-court settlement of sports betting disputes
